Head Coach

Always had a passion for teaching and coaching, he hopes to educate and inspire as many lives as possible. A coach who never fails to motivate, a friend outside of the gym walls, a coffee addict. His enthusiasm is contagious and he knows how to keep his class engaged.

"I strongly believe in the pursuit of excellence. Improving ourselves, mentally and physically. Fitness is one of the rare things in the world that you have absolute control over. It builds more than just muscles, it builds character, perseverance, grit and it might even get the most introvert guy in the room to start talking. It creates human connections. Coach

Having played sports her whole life, she grew up learning the importance of discipline and putting in the work while enjoying the process and having fun. Found CrossFit when she was 18 to supplement her track sessions; She wants to empower and inspire women to find their own version of strength and confidence from inside.

"Making sure people enjoy the process is what matters most. It is not about the heaviest weight, the fastest time, or the number of repetitions done. But it’s one-upping yourself, and giving the best you got for that day."

SHANE YEAP
Coach

A former junior national road cycling champion, he has always been deeply passionate about fitness. After nearly 12 years of service in the Army, he decided to follow his true calling: helping others move, feel, and look better. He’s a lover of good food, cats, and guiding people towards becoming stronger, more confident versions of themselves.

"Whether you’re a 9-year-old child, a 21-year-old athlete, or a 63-year-old grandparent, our bodies are designed for movement and are capable of more than we often realize. My goal is to be your partner at every stage of your fitness journey, helping you achieve your goals and get 1% better each day—all while having a great time."
